New Score to Be Performed Live to a 1916 Fort Lee Produced Film

This Saturday, August 10th at 7 PM on the outdoor stage / green of the Fort Lee Community Center (1355 Inwood terrace, Fort Lee, NJ)  catch the Dixieland Jazz of The Red Hook Ramblers as they perform live from 7-8:30 PM. At 8:45 PM The Red Hook Ramblers will play a new score they created for the 1916 Fort Lee produced Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle film "The Waiter's Ball" - this short comedy classic will be screened prior to our feature film that night, the Academy Award winning 2011 film "The Artist." For further info visit www.fortlefilm.org or call the Fort Lee Film Commission at (201) 693-2763.

Also, Fort Lee's Reverend Allison Moore of the Church of the Good Shepherd will hold a drive to benefit the Center for Food Action each Saturday night in August at our Movies & Music Under the Stars.  We encourage our attendees to bring cans of food, especially tuna, pasta & sauce, peanut butter and canned meat or donate checks made out to The Center for Food Action as the Church of the Good Shepherd  has up to $1,500 to match any contribution.
