Company Relocating to Fort Lee Office Complex

A digital-imaging company is relocating from Secaucus to 2200 Fletcher Avenue in Fort Lee, broker Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey Inc. said in a news release.

Vatech America Inc. will lease 16,000 square feet and move from its former site at 333 Meadowlands Parkway.

“With a need to expand, this location perfectly fit Vatech America’s requirements,” Christian Politan, a member of the Cushman & Wakefield team, said in a statement. “This is also a welcome transaction for the Fort Lee office market, which has been stagnant with the exception of existing tenants moving within the market. This latest transaction created some positive absorption for the market.”

The transaction leaves 25,782 square feet available at the seven story Fletcher Avenue complex, which was built in 1988 and recently underwent upgrades, according to the real estate firm.
