Tough behind the keyboard and phony name. I just found out "NOR" is Fort Lee Councilman Pohon's wife - she's the one who bashes anyone who comments on his blunders by pretending to be an anonymous poster. If u think he's nasty and condescending, u would be too if u lived with her. Take a chill lady and let him fight his own battles.

Antonella - One can only wonder what other "typos" are in the FL budget - it opens a can of very nasty worms. Can one honestly believe that the Council vetted a $68M budget if they don't know what their own salary is? Has anyone been held accountable for this "typo"? The laughable "It wasn't us" response seen here www.youtube.com/watch?v=tuIth2zoCMs
makes a farce of the Mayor & Council's claim that they know where every penny goes. Wouldn't it have been prudent to table the 2011 Budget vote until an credible answer could be found for Mrs. Cohen? The facts speak for themselves.

Antonella, the so-called mayor and council raise in the town budget IS a typographical error. There was no raise; $17,000 is well below 1 percent of the entire budget. If you have $1,000 in your checkign accounting, and you are off by $10, you are off by 1 percent. Now, given that the town's budget is in the tens of millions of dollars, and there is a typo of less than 1 percent in the budget, can you really claim that the mayor and council did something egregious by not recognizing an off-number when it was brought up by a citizen at a counil meeting? If you were asked if your $1,000 checking account was off by a couple of dollars, would you be able to respond immediately if this was the first time that someone pointed it out to you, and you did not have your paperwork in front of you? BTW, the name is Pohan, not Pohon.
