ItMore is located in the northwestern corner of Fort Lee in a quiet, largely residential neighborhood beneath the highway. The school's K-2 literacy collaborative initiative, in which students are taught to make connections and the importance of literacy, has been underway for five years, and teachers in grades 3-6 strive to ensure continuity of the program as students move into the upper elementary grade levels. An additional emphasis on Math and Science serves to further strengthen children's critical and analytical thinking skills. Celebrating the  diversity of the student body and striking a balance between individual differences and commonalities, School No. 2 students participate in various cultural festivities, bilingual and ESL programs and world language studies.

One of four elementary schools in the Fort Lee School District, School No. 4 — along with School No. 3 —More falls right in the middle in terms of enrollment. Housed in a visually stunning building on Anderson Avenue with an old school charm and expansive school grounds, School No. 4 dates back to 1911.

The school places a strong emphasis on reading and writing through its writing workshop, publication of stories, performances and fine arts. An impressive array of support programs includes reading recovery, peer mediation, ESL, bilingual classes in Korean, Spanish and Japanese, divorce and bereavement programs, peer pals for new students and a courage team to fight bullying. Students may also participate in student government, select choir, gifted and talented academic and arts programs, instrumental music lessons, environmental club, and Students-Against-Destructive-Decisions.

One of four elementary schools in the Fort Lee School District, School No. 1 is the largest in terms of enrollment.More It is also the closest of the four to downtown Fort Lee, and its library serves as the location of the Fort Lee Board of Education's bi-monthly regular meetings.

Traditional elementary curriculum at the school is enhanced by a reading program for grades K through 2, including reading levels and small group instruction, a "writer's workbook" for all students first grade and above and a reader's workshop for grades 3 through 6. Underlying the school's philosophy in these areas is a belief that writing is the key to critical thinking, and the ability to read is the foundation of all learning.

Additional activities include assemblies and concerts, "hands on" science, bilingual classes, talent shows and dances. The school's stated motto is "Respect and Responsibility," and it is particularly notable for its active PTA.
