Cooking Class/Demo - Delectable Desserts

We all love our desserts right? Just because you like to have your cake and eat it too doesn’t mean your blood sugar has to go on a roller coaster ride. Join
Holly Shelowitz, Certified Nutrition Counselor and Healthy Eating Specialist (formerly with Whole Foods Market)
for her fun and lively cooking demonstration and taste some amazing desserts and save the roller coaster for the amusement park.  Classes take place at Edgewater Community Center, 1167 River Rd., Edgewater, NJ.  To register, call the Edgewater Library at 201-224-6144
