Joint Meeting On School Safety, Mayor and Council Meeting and More This Week in Fort Lee

There will be a Planning Board meeting Monday at 7:30 pm in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall. There is an open public work session before the meeting that begins at 6:30pm.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for Tuesday has been cancelled.

On Wednesday at 7 pm there will be an open public Town Hall Meeting at the Fort Lee Community Center concerning the school safety of the children of the community. This meeting, jointly sponsored by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fort Lee and the Fort Lee Board of Education, will be held in the second floor meeting room.  

On Thursday, the Mayor and Council will have their open public meeting in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall. Please note that the meeting is starting at 7 pm.

On Friday, the The Fort Lee Film Commission is holding its annual John Barrymore Birthday Bash to raise funds for Fort Lee High School Drama Department. The evening begins at 6 pm with a wreath laying at John Barrymore Way sign on corner of Main Street and Central Road followed by appetizers and a cash bar across the street at In Napoli Restaurant. Tickets are $15 at the door and all funds go to the Fort Lee High School Drama Department. Call (201) 693-2763 for further information.
