The April 9 meeting, which was originally scheduled to take place at Borough Hall, will in fact take place at the community center, according to Planning Board Administrator and Secretary Barbara Klein

“It won’t be at Borough Hall,” she said. “Mayor Sokolich has requested that we continue it at the community center.”

But Klein noted the meeting on April 9 will be at 7:30 p.m., not 6 p.m. like the recent meetings on FLRA’s site plan application.

“Even though they have a redevelopment agreement with the borough and a settlement agreement with the borough, you still need a resolution of approval from the Planning Board,” Klein explained. “Memorialization is all the findings of the board; it’s all put into a legal document of what the board is granting their approval for. It’s a legal document put together by the board attorney.”
