On the Agenda: ‘Sewer Emergency’ Repairs, Engineering Discussion

The Fort Lee Mayor and Council executive session is Thursday; the open session starts at 8 p.m.

The Fort Lee Mayor and Council meet Thursday starting at 7 p.m. in Borough Hall’s second-floor conference room. As is customary, the meeting will begin in open session, but an immediate resolution to go into closed session is expected.

When the meeting reopens to the public at 8 p.m., the governing body will launch into an engineering discussion on a “sewer emergency on Old Palisade Avenue,” according to the agenda, which can be downloaded from the borough’s website or picked up in hard copy at Borough Hall.

  • R-2 - Approving a Special Two Year Bingo License for the 475 Senior Association at 475 Main Street
  • R-3 - Approving Liquor Licenses for 2011-2012
  • R-4 - Authorizing Renewal of Liquor License for Jabadou Inc., at 2027 Lemoine Avenue for 2011-2012 With Special Conditions Imposed
  • R-5 - Authorizing Renewal of Liquor License for Fort Lee Four LLC at 2143 Route 4 East for 2011-2012 With Special Conditions Imposed
  • R-6 - Authorizing Purchasing Consultant to Advertise for Bids for a New Floor for the Ambulance Corps.
