The Fort Lee Mayor and Council's regular meeting Thursday evening was moved up a half hour, but the governing body got through its relatively long agenda in relatively short order.

The Fort Lee Mayor and Council met a half hour earlier than usual Thursday. The regular meeting featured a lengthy agenda, including the introduction of three ordinances related to parking meters, capital improvement appropriations and Redevelopment Area 6 respectively.

Public hearings on the three ordinances were scheduled for July 21.

Also on the agenda was a public hearing on construction code fees for elevators and a 17-item consent agenda, which garnered no comments from the public.
