Commuters Could Pay For Working in New York

Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringers wants commuters from New Jersey and everywhere else to pay for working in New York.

Fort Lee residents who commute to New York City could end up paying a tax for doing so if the Manhattan Borough president has his way.
