Police Chief to Speak at United Homeowners Meeting

Event scheduled for May 30.

Fort Lee Police Chief Keith M. Bendul will be the guest speaker at a United Homeowners of Fort Lee meeting on Thursday, May 30.

The event, free and open to the public, begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Fort Lee Senior Center on 319 Main Street. Bendul, who became police chief in January following the retirement of Thomas Rispoli, will hold a Q&A session.

The new chief, a 24-year veteran of the force, will likely field questions on school, traffic, and pedestrian safety issues.
