NYPD Marine and Aviation Units Search For Jumper From GWB

Port Authority officials say they received a report that a man jumped from the bridge at about 2 p.m.

NYPD Harbor and Aviation Units were searching the Hudson River in the area of the George Washington Bridge Wednesday, after a man was reported to have jumped from about mid-span of the upper level at about 2 p.m., according to Port Authority officials.

Fort Lee Police say traffic on the Fort Lee side of the bridge was not affected.
