A Bergen County man with the word “NARK” carved into his chest and a badge shoved into his mouth was found unconscious in Jersey City Wednesday, according to a news report.
The unidentified 34-year-old Rochelle Park man was discovered just after 4 a.m. on Brunswick Street near Columbus Drive in the Hudson County city, NJ.com reported Thursday.
Cops told the Jersey Journal that the man wasn’t a law enforcement officer nor was the badge a law enforcement badge.
The man was treated at the scene and transported to Jersey City Medical Center where he regained consciousness. Once awake he told police “that he had no idea how the badge got in his mouth or how he wound up in the middle of the street,” according to NJ.com.
