The Howie Tavin Trio has refined the
presentation of “The Great American Songbook” to a fine art. With a uniquely
“New York” sophistication and elegance, this group brings to life the rich
heritage of American song classics in a way that is full of integrity and
authenticity. The program will include the music of the Gershwins, Cole Porter,
Johnny Mercer, Irving Berlin, Harold Arlen, and Oscar Hammerstein.
