Bring a Poem, Read a Poem

“Bring a Poem, Read a Poem” will be held on Tuesdays in January (7th, 14th, 21st and 28th) at 2pm. Bring a poem you enjoy, and read the poem to the group. You may also share a brief synopsis about the poet. For those of you who do not have poems to bring, the instructor will give you poems so you can participate with the group.  Short discussions about the poems will be encouraged after the reading of each poem. If you have one, bring a poem to the first group.

The instructor, Linda Baldanzi has a MFA in Poetry and Poetry in Translation from Drew University. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and has a MA in psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a MS in clinical social work from Columbia University. Her poetry has been published in respected poetry journals.
