Friends Create Facebook Group To Commemorate Life Of Teen Killed In Bus Accident

Friends of Daniel Fernandez, a 16-year-old who was killed after sticking his head out of a roof hatch on a party bus and hitting an overpass as the vehicle drove on Interstate 95 in Fort Lee, created a Facebook group to share memories and messages about the teen.

A 16-year-old boy from Sayreville riding on a bus full of teenagers heading to a Sweet 16 was killed after he stuck his head out of a roof hatch on the bus and hit an overpass as the vehicle drove on Interstate 95 southbound, near the George Washington Bridge, an official said.

Wake Planned For I-95 Bus Accident Victim

The wake and funeral for the 16-year-old boy killed in a tragic party bus accident on I-95 in Fort Lee was scheduled for Labor Day, according to a flier posted on the St. Francis Preparatory School website.

Fort Lee Woman Accused of Prostitution Pleads Not Guilty

A Fort Lee woman charged with prostitution after an undercover sting of a Morris Plains spa entered a not guilty plea in Municipal Court. Kim O. Hye, 54, was arrested at the VIP Spa Thursday following a five-month investigation by the Morris Plains detective bureau that police said involved the VIP Spa at 1745 Route 10 East.
