Patch food writer Donna Colucci visited the Glen Rock Inn to speak with owner Victor Quinn and Chef Dave to learn how to make an amazing chicken cutlet dish.
Donna then sat down with Glen Rock Patch Editor Joseph M. Gerace and sampled the chicken cutlet breaded in panko sauteed in olive oil and served on a bed of spring greens showered with tomato basil salsa and mozzarella.
