A Health Fair sponsored by the Fort Lee Health Department will be held on Saturday October 15, 2011 from 9:00AM to 1:00PM at the Fort Lee Community Center, 1355 Inwood Terrace, Fort Lee, NJ.
The fair will include flu vaccine and Pneumoccoccal vaccine with no out of pocket expense for seniors 65 years of age and older who have Medicare Part B for all others there will be a $10.00 fee for flu vaccine and $15 fee for pneumoccoccal vaccine. Pre-registration is required in person at the Health Dept. for Flu, Pneumonia Vaccine and Blood Work. A variety of screenings will be offered: Blood Pressure, body fat analysis, chiropractic, eye screenings, oral cancer, podiatry, and much more.
A comprehensive blood test will be offered to seniors and veterans for $10.00 fee; all others $30.00. Refreshments will be served.
