Film: “Gaslight” at Fort Lee Library

The 1944 film Gaslight will be shown in the Fort Lee Public Library meeting room on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 2:00 pm.  

This classic mystery/thriller, directed by George Cukor and starring Ingrid Bergman, Charles Boyer, and Joseph Cotton, takes place in Victorian-era London. Years after her aunt was murdered in her home, a young woman (Bergman) moves back into the house with her new husband (Boyer). However, he has a secret which he will do anything to protect, even if that means driving his wife insane.

Admission is free and the public is cordially invited.
