Tom Meyers, executive director of the Fort Lee Film Commission, wrote in a blog post on Patch that, “among the stops along the way will be several important film locations on Main Street as well as in the Coytesville section of Fort Lee. The tour will also stop at the old Universal Studio location in West Fort Lee.”

Noting that the film commission recently received a $2,000 Bergen County special projects history grant for the publication of a film history map of Fort Lee, Meyers says he hopes to have the map ready for distribution to jitney tour participants Sunday and that the tour will be based in large part on the locations on the map.

The Fort Lee Farmer’s Market is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday outside the Fort Lee Community Center at 1355 Inwood Terrace. Jitney tour signup is from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Fort Lee Film Commission’s table at the market. The tour is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
