Mind and Body Come Together During Private Yoga Class At Trio Condominium in Palisades Park

PALISADES PARK, N.J. – Mind and body became one for residents of Trio during a special invitation-only yoga class recently held in the state-of-the-art yoga room at the upscale collection of condominium homes in Bergen County’s Palisades Park.
