IDEAL LOCATION AND OUSTANDING SERVICES AND AMENITIES DRAW NEW RENTER TO TWENTY50 IN FORT LEE

FORT LEE, N.J. – Marc Abramson was driving through Fort Lee earlier this year when he noticed a striking brick building rising just steps from the George Washington Bridge.

Twenty50, the newest luxury rental community to open along New Jersey’s Hudson River coast in Fort Lee (www.RentTwenty50.com), was still under construction at that point, but the community immediately captured Mr. Abramson’s attention. He loved the location – with proximity to both New York City and New Jersey highways – and the hybrid suburban/urban character of Fort Lee, so he decided he would visit the Twenty50 leasing center as soon as the lease to his West New York apartment expired.

“The town of Fort Lee was very conducive to what I was looking for,” Mr. Abramson said. “One of the high points is its location near the George Washington Bridge, Route 4, Route 80 and the ferry to New York, but [Fort Lee] isn’t just a transit town; it’s more of a community. And certainly, you get a much better bang for your dollar than you do in Manhattan.”

Mr. Abramson became a resident of Twenty50 in late October and now lives in a brand new one-bedroom apartment with an office and a poolside terrace. Boasting condo-style interiors and an impressive amenity suite, he enjoys a home that includes oversized windows with peaceful views of the landscaped terrace, hardwood floors, an oversized kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and many other contemporary luxuries the residences at Twenty50 are known for.

As a professional wealth advisor, Mr. Abramson splits his time between client meetings in Manhattan and working out of his office in Mine Hill, Morris County. Twenty50’s ideal address allows him to travel to both easily, as his office is located right off of Route 80 and ferry service into Manhattan is less than five minutes away at Edgewater or 15 minutes away at Port Imperial, which he prefers because of its easy indoor parking. His commute is rarely affected by traffic, even during rush hour, because of Fort Lee’s strong network of local roads and highway access points and because he often travels westbound in the morning. When he does drive into the city, the GWB entrance is just 100 yards from his garage exit, making for a quick eastern crossing. The convenience, combined with Twenty50’s distinctive modern luxuries and an overall sense of community, reassures Mr. Abramson in his decision to lease.

“From the moment I first walked in and met the management and staff, I had a good feeling that this was the place for me,” Mr. Abramson said. “One thing that has really impressed me is the level of service in the building. The genuine hospitality and the friendliness of the staff has been outstanding.”

Twenty50 is also near some of Mr. Abramson’s favorite shops, restaurants and sources of recreation. He plays golf at a country club in Alpine, just ten miles up the Palisades Parkway, and his favorite restaurant is the River Palm Terrace in Edgewater, which he calls “one of the best steakhouses around, including Manhattan.”

Mr. Abramson is one of many new residents to move into Twenty50 since the community opened in October. It has developed into a vibrant community full of happy residents who have relocated to Fort Lee from both sides of the Hudson River. The amenity-rich lifestyle the community offers and easy commute to New York City are major draws, and many ultra-luxurious one- and two-bedroom residences are available for immediate occupancy. Monthly rents range from the $2,300s to the $4,000s.

The modern, condo-style apartments at Twenty50 boast hardwood flooring throughout the living spaces, chef-inspired kitchens, abundant closet space, in-home washer/dryers, and private outdoor space in almost every home. Oversized windows offer residents dramatic, sweeping views of the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge and the Manhattan skyline.

Twenty50’s spectacular array of amenities include a two-story attended lobby featuring 24/7 concierge services, WiFi Business Café/Coffee bar, Library with lounge seating and a fireplace, and a Residents’ Lounge/Billiards room featuring top-of-the-line AV equipment for that in-home theatre appeal. Outside on the landscaped terrace, a heated outdoor pool, lounge seating, barbecue grills and a fire pit are set against the stunning backdrop of the GW Bridge. An expansive, state-of-the-art fitness center with Star Trac equipment rounds out the amenity offering. Onsite maintenance and covered parking are also available.

Located at 2050 Central Road, Twenty50 is situated directly across the street from Fort Lee Historic Park, part of the New Jersey section of the Palisades Interstate Park.  The building is also a short walk from Fort Lee’s charming town center, and is just minutes from an eclectic offering of dining, shopping and recreational options that line the Hudson River waterfront.

Transportation to and from Twenty50 is especially convenient for commuters. The George Washington Bridge, New Jersey Turnpike and Palisades Parkway are all easily accessible, and more than 15 different NJ Transit bus lines travel into Manhattan daily, stopping just two blocks from the building’s entrance.  NY Waterway ferry service to Manhattan is also available from the Edgewater Landing terminal just down the road.
