Allstate sent investigators at random hours over a 2 year old case (full liability - we got hit and run on)

Allstate does NOT care for their customers. We are customers for over 30 years, have home, and mutliple vehicles fully covered by this Allstate office. 2 Years ago, our vehicle was parked outside our home and hit. We took it to an auto body shop and they billed allstate since we have comprehensive full cover. 2years later, state investigators HIRED by allstate show up at our door, intimidating us to lie and say the auto body shop did not do a good job, and they did! Allstate does NOT care about you or me, or the hundreds of thousands we've paid them over the past 30 years without any claims needed.They give your personal information to hired investigators and harass body shops, while giving you (Their customer) grief in the process.In this specific incident, the vehicle damage was well documented from the get-go, and post fix photos taken by allstate adjustor as well. Now out of the blue the investigator going after the body shop is threatening us daily with threats of subpoenaing us to testify on Allstate's behalf. I'm leaving Allstate, and i'd rather go with ANY other insurance company. Allstate are crooks and intimidators!
