Master James Ran has spent his life learning and refining the YI - JING - MN system. YI - JING - MN , incorporates , Tai Chi , Bau Gua , Xing YI , Baji , and kung fu. emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self - defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self - defense.
Participates in Competitions: YES. ( push hand , forms , etc )
We meet near the pavilion at the rear of the pond that has a picnic tables.
