For much of the past month, Fort Lee was the filming location for the upcoming thriller Junction, written and directed by Tony Glazer. Filming took place on Jassamine Way and generated a lot of interest among locals. Patch reporter Emily Lehecka spent one chilly night on the set last week and got a behind-the-scenes look at the daily process that takes the film from idea to completion. On Nov. 20, members of over a dozen living history groups from the region commemorated the 234th anniversary of the British invasion of New Jersey at Fort Lee Historic Park. The re-enactors, representing Continental soldiers, militia, British, Hessian and Loyalist troops, took part in various field and camp activities, including a march from Fort Lee Historic Park to Monument Park where this picture was taken.
