Paris is a young, cane corso, mastiff mix dog, who is 6-months old, and 53 pounds. This young handful was brought to the shelter because her owner was moving and couldn't take her along. Spectacularly well socialized, Paris is ready to meet anyone and anything. Offering a play bow during the introduction, she will more than likely be a hit at family gatherings. Because she loves to be adventurous, it is advised adopters continue the socialization process, especially with puppies her age and size. She needs to learn some of the basic obedience skills. With that a loyal family, she will blossom into a mature mindful adult. Bergen County Animal Shelter

Lola is a sweet 3 year old girl who has lived with both cats and dogs before. Her previous owners turned her into the shelter because they claim she was jealous of the new baby in the home.
Gracie is about a year and a half old. She has lived with children before. Gracie is a little shy at the shelter, but we hope she will warm up soon.
This little dwarf hamster was found abandoned in Lyndhurst with a note saying "Her name is Cannibal. Have fun:)". Dwarf hamsters generally don't like to be picked up and tend to nibble.
Arbie is a male Shibu Inu, who secretly enjoys the affect given by his human friends. This handsome fellow is all for discovering; his curiosity in the world around him would make him a great walking partner. During these strolls, it would be nice for him to socialize with strangers. The more he realizes the benefits of human attention, the more he will probably feel comfortable to come out of his shell.
