just crossing the street will be a challenge, also the increased pedestrian traffic will clog the streets and cause further delays. Did anyone take that into account?this thing was rammed through by BIG MONEY

Your commute from Fort Lee to NYC may take 32 minutes if you work in NJ, but once you attempt to cross the river, especially from the Coytesville section to lower Manhattan, it is easily an hour and an half.

Revised comment as I realized my own typo: Your commute from Fort Lee may take 32 minutes if you work in NJ, but once you attempt to cross the river, especially from the Coytesville section to lower Manhattan, it is easily an hour and an half.

It can an easy 40 minutes to get from north end (coytesville) to south end of town on bad traffic days. My commute to Edgewater when I worked at Unilever was.a 5 mile commute..some days took an hour

can anyone explain how this development will be beneficial to the entire Borough of Fort Lee,which is one of the criteria for the Planning Board to approve it.
#2 realistically, who will benefit from the development other than the land owners, developers and builders etc . and the Politicians who pushed it?

It can only be explained by the fly on the wall in the meetings between the developers & the various politicos involved. Problem is the fly isn't available for comment.
