I beg to differ, Mays and Goode. The losers are those who fail to see the point and keep getting derailed themselves by the same system. This latest protest by OBC was right on target and very timely. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/jpmorgan-sued-york-over-mortgage-221510528.html

I'm actually a huge liberal John, but the thing is, I work on Wall Street, and to see all my hard work put off as "stealing" disgusts me. Especially when the people crying bloody murder are people who get crappy college degrees from crappy colleges and expect that jobs will be out there waiting for them. I got good grade in school and got into a good college, and now I have a good job, thats how it works. You can't just be lazy your whole life and then claim that you are being stolen from.

This "movement "has no goal, no cohesive message, no leaders, no official spokesman and no accomplishments. they are misguided individuals who have given up. Eventually, they will realize that the system, though flawed ,still works for those who choose to join it.

John, I got my degree through the mail from an advertisement of the back of a matchbook. It was from The Sam Houston Institute of Technology (so it was a S.H.I.T. degree). Talk about "crappy colleges!) I work on Wall Street now as a highly-paid janitor of my building and I am really cleaning up on Wall Street.

Could somebody please tell me what the Occupy Movement is against (and please do not say injustice, greed, intolerance) but something concrete and what they are for (and please do not say that they want to teach the world to sing) but once again something concrete. I have no problem with protest as long as it has a point / objective. I do like their costumes.

Yeah, I don't see how my for example assisting with the merger of a company is injustice or greed. Its the way I make money, some people lost jobs because of it, big deal, shit happens, move on.

I assist by making sure all the mens and ladies rooms outside of the conference room are immaculate. Shit really does happen in both the mens and ladies room, but I'm trained to handle it properly.

If a group of individuals approached the OWS in a manner that aestetically looked better and had a message such as the following:

"The OWS movement is aimed at removing the corporate and financial influences that our government. By removing the bond that has formed between government and business laws can be made which can help reduce the costs associated with general living for the average American. "

This is a crude fairly unthought couple of sentences but this is the direction it needs(ed) to go. I personally can get behind that type of movement as opposed to what I have seen so far.

Billy I agree with pretty much everything you said... You worked hard, received good grades, attended a good school, and have been successful in your career. For people to aim their protests and try and degrade you or people with jobs like yours for being legitimately successful is a load of crap. A lot of the bandwagon is just people who are unhappy with their own choices or have nothing better to protest about.

Yeah, when I worked at GS, they came by to protest a few times and we all went to the windows to look at them and laugh. Now I work for a pretty low-key company, so they haven't been by yet.

By low-key I mean there are only two employees: the boss/owner (a black guy from Harlem) and me, the person who does all the work cleaning offices and lavatories. Oh, and I do the windows too.
