Kolsky-Assatly ranked No. 83 on the list of the Top 250 individual sales professionals by closed transaction volume, closing approximately $67 million in sales in 2011. Coldwell Banker obtained more spots than any other real estate brand on the nationwide REAL Trends rankings, with 218 spots across the four categories, and held the most overall spots in individual agent sales volume (71) and individual agent sides (69). In total, NRT accounted for approximately 20 percent (196) of the total agents and teams in the rankings.

Kolsky-Assatly was the highest-ranking out of approximately 3,000 sales associates at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. for 2011 based on closed sales volume, and was inducted into the Coldwell Banker President’s Council, the company’s highest honor. Her achievements earned her the International President’s Premier Award, placing her within the top 1 percent of 85,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide, and a prestigious spot in the Coldwell Banker Society of Excellence for 2011.
